Make sure in the Login Parameters dialog box, the Address box has the same host name
that you have added in CMS_FILE_UPLOAD_DEST.

From Smart Reference Data application, click CMS > CMS XML Import > Manage Import Jobs.

Click Edit grid
and then click Add row
