Link a file - Intergraph Smart Reference Data - Help - Hexagon

Click Administration > XA70 Documents.

With the grid in read-only mode, right-click a row, and select Link on the shortcut menu.

Select a destination.

Select a file in the destination location, and click Open.

• The Path Type field is populated with Link.

• The Source Path field contains the server path or share.

• The File Name field contains the name of the file.

Modify the fields in the row as needed.

Click Save grid .

Click Read-only grid .
