To view all the occurrences of a commodity code that is used across various work areas, such as specifications, BOM, requisitions, MSCM and site across projects and product group:

Click SRD > XS10 Component Manager > XS1010 Commodity/Ident Management.

In the Commodity Codes grid, select and right-click a row.

Click Commodity Code Usage.

In the Logs tab, click Save
to save the log file with the commodity usage information to your computer.

Click Search
to quickly search the occurrence of a specific word or phrase.

The Relations tab lists all the specifications where the commodity code is used, and allows you to navigate to the corresponding specification.
