This grid allows you to insert, modify, and delete the criteria for choosing specification items for Smart 3D.

Seq - The initial value for this field is 1. You can enter any number, with a maximum of 9999999.

Spec Code - The Selection list LOV for this field shows all the unique spec codes regardless of the spec type and the spec revision.

SHARED Tip For the Spec Code, Short Code, Option Code, Group, Part, Commodity Code, and Ident Code fields, you can enter any value, for example, ‘%’, ‘A_’, ‘A%’, and so on) that is not in the Selection list LOV. No validation is done on the entered data in this field. The initial value is ‘%’.

Short Code - The Selection list LOV for this field shows all the short codes.

Option Code - The Selection list LOV for this field shows the option codes (allowed for the selected short code).

Group - The Selection list LOV for this field shows all the commodity groups.

Part - The Selection list LOV for this field shows all the commodity parts (for the selected commodity group).

Commodity Code - The Selection list LOV for this field shows all the commodity codes (for the selected commodity group and commodity part).

Ident Code - The Selection list LOV for this field shows all the idents (for the selected commodity code).

Unit - This field initially shows the unit associated with the nominal size table.

This nominal size is referred to as the "Spec Standard Nominal Size table" throughout this documentation.

Spec_items_criteria_grid

The project data has precedence over the product group data for determining the Spec Standard Nominal Size table. If the Spec Standard Nominal Size table is not found, no default value is shown in the Unit field.

You can override the default unit. The Selection list LOV for this field shows the units and data that is entered is validated against the Selection list LOV.

From 1, To 1, From 2, To 2 - The Selection list LOV for these fields shows all the nominal sizes available for the Spec Standard Nominal Size table. Values other than the ones shown in the Selection list LOV cannot be specified except %.
