To define a workload name, you must specify the following information.

  • Workload Name: User-defined code to represent a specific name. This name must be unique in the software.

  • Comment: User’s comments or remarks about this workload name.

  • Active: This is a flag. If set to No, the workload cannot be used for transferring idents to a workload table.

The utility for defining a workload name can be accessed from the CMS menu as shown in the picture below.

The dialog box has the standard grid view of Smart Reference Data and displays all defined workload names along with their remarks and state.

You can query, add, delete, and modify workflow names using standard grid operations.

  • The workload name cannot be modified.

  • Delete is not allowed once a workload name is used.

  • Workload names must be unique.

  • An inactive workload name cannot be used for transfer.
