  1. Click SRD > XS20 Spec > XS2030 Spec Management.

  2. Navigate to the record of interest by using the controls at the top.

  3. Select one or more specifications in the grid view.

  4. Right-click the rows, and select Revise.

To release a project spec for use in the project, you must issue the spec and activate the revision while logged into the project. This spec will then be available for selection.
