In some situations, you need to stop an ongoing work.
Stop
Halts the selected ongoing work.
Pause
Halts work for the entire workplace.
You can set a disturbance during a pause.
Disturbance
Halts work for the entire workplace.
Stopping and starting work

Select the work, and then click Stop
.
The work remains on the Active Works page, but the work number turns yellow.

Select the work, and then click Start
.
The color of the work number turns green again, indicating that the work is active.
