The System Settings application includes three tabs under Work Phases:
The tasks and phases must be defined for calculating the workload times. The workload times of the phases have effect on the arrangement of the work queues and the part-specific prices of the quotations and orders which are based on the workload times. It is the aim to achieve the workload time of one part so that the time is as real as possible. The part-specific price will be exact then as well. They are used both within the Sales, Order Input, and Workshop in which the time calculation is needed.
The system provider administrator usually set the tasks and work phases. Only the
system user who has rights to modify work chains can change work chains.
