The software calculates the capacity of a work place according to the selected calendar. Changes in the work place capacity can be done on the Capacity tab by changing shift codes for the selected dates. Shifts can also be added or deleted for a certain date. Only those shift codes which are defined in the specified calendar are available.
Capacity settings
Settings for the work place capacity can be done on the Settings tab below the Capacity list. By changing shift codes for the selected dates, you can add or delete shifts for a certain date. Only those shift codes that are defined in the specified calendar are available.
Calendar
Specifies which calendar is used to calculate the capacity of this work place.
Show in Work Plan
Specifies which work places are available for Work Plan. For an example the work places Laser, Material Reporting, Office and Packing are typed to be selected on Work Plan. See the list on right.
Capacity Check
Specifies is the capacity checked or not, and can the capacity be overloaded.

Work Time Exceptions
Exceptions to the selected work place calendar are defined in the tab Work Time Exceptions. It is possible to define some period to use some other calendar (Exception Calendars) or more specific (days / shifts / hours) exceptions. Selected exceptions can be seen in the main capacity list in the display.
