Copying a Quotation - Intergraph Smart Production - Help

1. Select the quotation to copy from the list.

2. Click New on the toolbar.

   The New Quotation dialog box displays.

3. Select Copy active quotation as new.

   

4. Click OK.

   The Copy Quotation dialog box displays.

   

5. Select options as needed, and then click Copy Quotation.

Copy Quotation Options

Source Quotation

Displays the number of the quotation to copy.

Target Quotation

Enter a quotation number for the new quotation.

Use same customer

Select if the target quotation is for the same customer as the original quotation. If selected, customer information is copied between the quotations.

Use same delivery data

Select to copy the customer's delivery data from the source quotation to the target quotation. If this option is cleared, then the customer-specific default delivery data is used. This option is available only if Use same customer is selected.

Use same sales prices

Select to use the same sales prices as in the source quotation. If cleared, the software recalculates the prices based on actual price lists.

Lines add to Quotation

Select which positions should be copied to the target quotation.

Services add to Quotation

Select which services should be copied to the target quotation.

Copy Quotation

Click to copy the source quotation using the selected options.

Print Quotation Document

Select to print the quotation document after the copying is complete.
