Locks or releases the lock on a quotation. A quotation is automatically locked when
an order is created from the quotation. A locked quotation can be viewed, but no changes
can be made unless the lock is released. You must have the rights to lock or release
a quotation.
Locking a Quotation

Select the quotation to lock.

Click Quotation Locking
on the toolbar.

Select Lock Quotation.

Click OK.
Releasing a Quotation

Select the quotation to release.

Click Quotation Locking
on the toolbar.

Select Release Quotation.

Click OK.
