Rejecting a Quotation - Intergraph Smart Production - Help

Cancels a quotation that a customer has rejected. The reason you enter in the Response field can be reviewed later in reports.

1. Select the quotation to cancel.

2. Click Reject .

3. Select the Rejection option on the dialog.

4. Type in a reason for the rejection in the Response field.

5. Click OK.
