The purpose of this window is to make purchase needs for the materials which are not
reserved from the storage for material reservation requests. The reservation request
view has Make Purchase Need 
on the toolbar for purchase needs.
After making reservations from stock, you can make purchase needs for material not yet reserved in the same way as making reservations. The reservation request is updated the same way as when making reservations.
The due date for the purchase need is taken from the request. If necessary, you can later change the purchase need in the Purchase Need window.
When the status of a purchase need which is coming from a reservation request changes to Final a reservation is made. The reservation gets updated when a purchase order is made.
The user interface of the Make Purchase Need is very similar to Make Reservation:

Difference to Make Reservation is that there are Length and Width fields which can be filled by the user. This way it is possible to make purchase needs for material with specified dimensions.
