Manually choosing manually On Hold status Reject in Smart Production Order Input for an order item triggers the following actions:

  • Un-nested part: Parts with status Reject cannot be nested. If the part is under nesting when the status is set, Smart Production Cutting and Profile will give warning of the status when the nesting is saved.

  • Nested but not cut part: This option does not prevent parts from being cut, but the part can be rejected during cutting operation. The operator will be warned if cutting is about to be completed without rejecting the part. If rejection was not made during cutting operation, the part will be moved to a list of parts to be rejected in Smart Production Workshop Web. The manufacturing of the part cannot be continued.

  • Cut part: If part is produced it will be moved to a list for parts to be scrapped in Smart Production Workshop Web.
