The Smart Production Change Management feature uses different statuses for parts and assemblies when blocks with changes are imported to Smart Production. This section describes the automatic On Hold statuses when changes are detected in the import process.

There are three statuses that can be set to parts when change is detected:

  • Halted

  • Reject

  • Delete

The On Hold statuses are automatically set by the interface, but they can also be manually set by the user (see Using Manual Change Management).

The following change events trigger On Hold statuses:

  • Part is deleted from the block

  • Assembly or Panel assembly is deleted from the block

  • Part is changed in the design system

  • Panel assembly is changed in the design system
