You must add a new property to the Instrument Loop table via the Data Dictionary Manager as follows:

Set Active Plant.

Open the Data Dictionary and select the Instrument Loop table.

Add a new property defined as follows:
The category can be changed to suit the user’s preference.

Click OK.

Click Save and exit Data Dictionary Manager.
