Allows you to implement changes to the plant's item tag configuration, 3D pipe specifications, or insulation specifications for the selected drawings. You can open this dialog by selecting one or more drawings and then selecting File > Global Validation.

Allows you to select the following item types for validation in the selected drawings:

Validation programs
Allows you to select the following programs for validation in the selected drawings:
Item tag validation
Validates changes in item tag configuration. These changes may be the result of renaming the plant hierarchy item name where this name is a part of the item tag.
Pipe spec validation
Validates pipe spec data that was changed in Smart 3D or PDS 3D databases. Not available in this version; however, you can run this option using the Global Validation Utility.
Insulation spec validation
Validates insulation spec data that was changed in Insulation Manager. Not available in this version; however, you can run this option using the Global Validation Utility.
Options
Allows you to include items in either or both of the stockpiles for validation in the selected drawings:

Include plant stockpile
Run
Runs the validation for the selected drawings.
