Total drawings selected
Displays the number of drawings selected.
Report
Generates a Microsoft Excel report describing the details of out-of-date drawing(s).
Out-of-date drawings
Displays the number of drawings that are out-of-date based on the criteria selected using the Out-of-Date Drawing Criteria dialog.
Resolve
Displays the Resolve Missing Symbols dialog. Use this button to resolve any missing symbols.
Drawings with missing symbols
Displays the number of out-of-date drawings containing symbols that do not exist in the catalog. Select Resolve to fix this issue in the drawings affected.
