Prerequisites to install Smart Materials Web API (version 2.3) are as follows:

Smart Materials (10.0.x.x.)
SMAT Web APIs version 2.3 and 2.3SPs are compatible with Smart Materials version
from 10.0 till 10.4. Installation of 10.5 version of Smart Materials overwrites the
SMAT APIs version 2.3 and lower.
