Smart Materials Jovix integration is available with some specific features from our 10.2 SP8 setup only. For details, contact our support team.

  • Auto Synchronization of failed Jobs has been implemented. (3851689)

  • New project default ZI_JX_LOG is introduced at project level to store the logs in different location. ZI_JX_LOG is considered as first priority and if it is not configured then the Log_File_Dest dba setting value is considered. (3851690)

  • On transfer of RN ownership from Smart Materials to Jovix, packages are integrated from Smart Materials to Jovix. (3878572)

  • When a user approves an MIR by Direct Issue in Smart Materials, MIR gets integrated to Jovix. (3867359)

  • MTRs based on reservation code are integrated to Jovix. When a user clicks Pass to Jovix in Smart Materials, MTR ownership along with MTR header and MTR line items are transferred to Jovix as MTRs and MTR Items. (3868825, 3868826, 3868807)

  • When a user renames a tag number at expediting level in Smart Materials, it is integrated to Jovix if the purchase order is already integrated. If a tag description is modified while renaming the tag numbers, even this gets integrated to Jovix. ( 3994748)

  • Supplement column has been added in Jovix integration report. With this information, users can understand which supplement’s data has been integrated. (4002219)

  • While integrating the posted MRRs from Smart Materials to Jovix, only the receipt items with the status Inventory and Damaged are integrated. In Smart Materials Web, when Jovix integration switch is on (ZI_JX_SWCH=YES) and user posts a receipt (of type PO,RN, Direct receive) with receipt items other than Inventory and Damaged then, a message is displayed "Only inventory items with receipt status Inventory or Damaged are integrated to Jovix. The message prompts the user to select either Proceed to continue with the integration or to select Cancel to stop the integration. (3974861, 4005426, 3962261)

  • Users can now download log files from the Jovix integration Report. (3399064)

  • When a user deletes/removes any item from a container (package) in Jovix then, an event is triggered from Jovix to Smart Materials. When this event is processed, the package (container) item is deleted from Smart Materials immediately. (3561770)

  • Introduced a new function get_page_size_count in mi_jvx_pck_custom_config package to get the default page size for an API call. Based on the value the function get_page_size_count returns, is used to fetch number of PO line items and itemshipments per API call instead of fetching all data at once. (3954083)

  • When multiple SRNs of the same PO, (where the PO has already been integrated with Jovix), are integrated (all SRNs at the same time) with Jovix, then SRNs belonging to the same PO are integrated one at a time. (3954090)
