You can define and maintain the cancellation costs, which are the penalties that must be paid to the bidder if the agreement is rejected. The penalty is specified based on a number of weeks.

Click Financials - Cancellation Costs on the menu.

Click Add Row.

Enter the number of weeks or period for which this penalty is assigned in the No. of Weeks cell.

Enter the percentage of penalty to be paid in the Percentage of Payment cell.

Click Save.
