Move package items from a preliminary package - Intergraph Smart Materials - 10.2 - Help - Hexagon

Click the required agreement number, and then click the required preliminary package list.

You can select only those preliminary package list that have status Ready to Submit or In Progress.

On the PPL Header Details tab, click the Packages tab.

Select the required package number whose items you want to move.

From the Move Package Item drop-down, select the required option.

• Select Other Package to move selected items to another package within the same PPL.

• Select Other PPL Package to move items to a new PPL that is not submitted or approved. The target PPL must have same forecasted delivery date, delivery designation, delivery place, Incoterm, and routing method as selected package items.

Select the target package and then click OK.

If you want to move these items in a new package. Select the target PPL (only if you are moving the item to another PPL), click To New Package, and then click OK. This creates a new package automatically.

When moving to a new package, you have to provide the dimensions of the new package or select the new package as a LOT package.
