What happens when I submit a monthly invoice?

When you submit a monthly invoice, traffic coordinator from the the buyer company gets a notification. Traffic coordinator needs to approve the monthly invoice before it is processed for payment.

  1. Click Freight Forwarding --> Monthly Invoices.

  2. Click the required monthly invoice.

  3. Click Submit.

The monthly invoice must contain at least one invoice attachment for it to be submitted.
