On the Packing page, click the required agreement number for which you want to create a preliminary packing list (PPL).

Click Add PPL .

Type the PPL number in the PPL Number box.

If required, type a short description and description in the corresponding boxes.

Click Save.

If required, provide additional details about the PPL:

Enter the forecasted delivery date of the package items in the PPL in the Forecasted Delivery Date box.

Enter the delivery designation of the package items in the PPL in the Delivery Designation box.

Enter the Incoterm (international commercial term) for the package items in the PPL in the Incoterm box.

Enter the delivery place of the package items in the PPL in the Delivery Place box.
Delivery Designation, Delivery Place and Incoterm boxes get automatically populated if all the unpacked items in the agreement have
same values for these properties.

Type the collection point of the package items in the Collection Point box.

Type the contact person details in the Contact Person, Telephone, Email, and Address boxes.

Type any information for internal reference in the Internal Reference box.
