Perform the following steps to enter delivery and manufacturing related information.

  1. Click Quotation Details - Miscellaneous on the menu.

    For the item status see Complete a bid for a line item.

  2. Click Country of Origin LOV_Icon and select the originating country of the line item.

  3. Type the manufacturer name in the Manufacturer cell.

  4. Type the manufacturer's catalog number for the item in the Catalog Number cell.

  5. Type the percentage of the materials manufactured in the U.S. in the % Dom. Prod. cell.

  6. Click Incoterm LOV_Icon and select the international commercial term.

  7. Click Delivery Place LOV_Icon and select the delivery location.

    • The Shipping Days cell shows the number of days that are required for shipping from the delivery place to site.

    • The Predicted Contract cell shows the predicted contract date. The date is displayed in red if the sum of the predicted contract date and shipping days is greater than the ROS date or if any data is missing for this calculation.

    • The ROS Date cell shows the date when the material is required on site (ROS).

  8. To change the Required Delivery Date, click Calendar_Icon and select a date.

    By default this date is calculated based on the required on site (ROS) date of the associated requisition line item.

  9. If an export license is required for this item, select Y in Export License Required cell and type the Export License Number.

  10. Enter the minimum number of weeks required for shipping the item in First Ship, and the maximum number of weeks in Last Ship.

  11. Click Last Ship Date Calendar_Icon and select the last shipping date.

  12. If equipment rental is requested, do the following:

    1. Click Rental Start Date Calendar_Icon and select the rental start date.

    2. Click Rental End Date Calendar_Icon and select the rental end date.

    3. Type the number of the valid duration with respect to the specified interval in the Valid Period cell.

    4. Select the rental interval from the Interval list.

      The available values are Minutes, Hours, Days, Weeks, Months, and Years

  13. Click Save.

SHARED Tip While entering the miscellaneous details you can copy down data from one cell by following the steps below..

  1. Turn off the Grid Edit mode, by clicking Edit in the interactive grid toolbar at the top.

  2. Click on the cell containing the data that you want to copy and press F8.

  3. Press Shift + Arrow to select the cells where you want to copy the data.

  4. Right click and click Copy Down.
