The EPC/OO might submit requests for information (RFI) to ask for additional information. You can view and answer the RFIs on the Request for Information page.

Select My Account > Request for Information from the menu.
The Request for Information menu item is only enabled if the company information is entered and saved and the EPC/OO has initiated an RFI.
Alternatively, click the envelope on the Request for Information panel on the dashboard.

Select the request for information you want to answer.
The Unread symbol indicates that the RFI is pending and has to be answered. Read means you have answered the RFI.

Click Reply.

If you want to change the sender, click From to select a name from the list, or type the name if it's not in the list.

Optionally, enter the phone number.

Type your answer.

Click Send.
