Click Progress and Payment - Closeout Checklists on the menu.

On the Closeout Checklists tab, view the closeout items defined by the contractor.

For example, you can find checklists of deliverables with dates and sign-off for each deliverable.

The closeout item description and the post-closure comments appear on the Description tab at the bottom of the page.
