You can create a revision of a change order request that you have created and submitted after the contractor has returned this COR to you.

Click Change Management - Change Order Request on the menu.

Select the change order request on the My Change Order Requests panel.

Click Create Revision at the top of the panel.
The selected COR is copied, and the revision of the new COR is increased by 1.
The button is only enabled if the contractor issued or returned the COR to the subcontractor.
