Type the barcode, tag, or ident information in search box and tap either Barcode, Tag, or Ident based on the information you entered in the search box.
The application displays Ident Name, Tag, Commodity Code, Short Description, Source of the item.

In the Mapped Barcode/RFIDs section, tap , , or to create, edit, or delete an alias name.

The alias names are grouped based on the ident or the purchase order.

In the Item Info screen, the new alias/mappings are always created against an ident.

If the project default ZC_BRVAL is set to Y, the material status verification is required. The barcode or the alias name cannot be updated if the item status is either received, transferred, or issued.

If the project default ZC_MAP_IWT is set to Y, the application displays list of tags associated with the ident when you tap in Mapped Barcode/RFIDs section. You must select a tag from the Tag list before adding an alias.
When ZC_MAP_IWT is set to N, you can tap in Mapped Barcode/RFIDs section to add an alias for the ident.

Tap Quantity & Directions.
The application displays warehouse, location, quantity, and unit of measure information.
If the last receivable of an item is using Smart Materials, MobileScan application does not display the Latest Location details for the item.

Tap Track to view the distance and direction of the last posted item from your current location.
Calibrate the mobile device before you tap Track. To calibrate the device, move the device in a horizontal figure 8 motion as shown in the following graphic:
As you move or change direction, the application dynamically updates the distance and direction.

Tap the location pin to get the warehouse and location information.

Turn on the device GPS to use this feature.

The application displays the location pin only for the warehouses or locations that have the GPS coordinates in the database.

Tap Audit after entering the barcode to know the details of the scan including the time and date of the scan.
Audit information is available only for search by barcode and not for search by ident or tag.
