GPS Management - Intergraph Smart Materials - Version 5.0 SP1 (5.0.1) - Help - Hexagon PPM

GPS Management screen allows the user to assign exact latitude and longitude coordinates for a warehouse or a location. Once the GPS coordinates are assigned, MobileScan application can use these coordinates to navigate a user to the exact position of a warehouse or location.

Add Warehouse/Location coordinates

1. From the Home screen, tap Miscellaneous > GPS Management.

2. Select Warehouse tab or the Location tab to add warehouse or location coordinates.

3. Type the warehouse or location name.

   MobileScan displays warehouses based on the following project default ZC_BIN_LOC values:

   WHTU	Displays all the warehouses assigned to the signed in user.
   BLOC	Displays all the warehouses irrespective of the signed in user.

4. To set the warehouse or location coordinates, use one of the following method:

   • Automatic: Tap to automatically set the coordinates based on the current coordinates of the device.

   • Manual: Alternatively, you can type the Latitude and Longitude coordinates in degrees (°), minutes ('), and seconds (").

     	Range
     Degrees °	Latitude: 0 - 90 Longitude: 0 - 180
     Minutes '	0 - 60
     Seconds "	0 - 60

5. Tap Save.

6. To delete a warehouse or location coordinates, type warehouse or location name and then tap Delete.
