Transfer in by line item - Intergraph Smart Materials - Version 5.0 SP1 (5.0.1) - Help - Hexagon PPM

You start a can transfer an item/material using a MobileScan initiated transfer, either by selecting the line item, or by tapping . Once all the information is confirmed, select Transfer In to move the material to the target location.

1. Select a line item for which Transfer Out has been initiated from the Transfer screen.

2. Tap or Transfer In.

3. Type the site code.

   Site Code is displayed only when Bin location is enabled.

4. Type or select the warehouse.

   If Bin location is enabled, the application sorts the warehouses based on the site code.

5. Type or select the location.

   If Bin location is enabled, the application sorts the locations based on the selected warehouse.

6. Select material status from the New Status list.

7. Type the image description and then attach a file.

8. Tap Transfer In.

   

   

   • Like the MobileScan initiated transfer, selecting multiple target warehouses and locations will split the line item in Smart Materials.

   • Once material has been moved, the MTR will update its information. Once all of the material has been moved out and then transferred into a new location, the line item will be dropped from the MTR.

     

9. Tap Show Map to view the location of the materials on the map.

   

   

   • After a successful sync of scanned items the MobileScan application displays a message Updating Inventory while fetching data from the server.

   • To transfer-out or transfer-in line items from the map, tap or .

10. Tap Post.
