Transfer out by scan - Intergraph Smart Materials - Version 5.0 SP1 (5.0.1) - Help - Hexagon PPM

1. From the Home screen, tap Transfer tile.

   Transfer screen with list of MTRs displays.

2. Select an MTR and then tap to transfer out materials from the current item location.

   Transfer Out screen displays.

3. Select to transfer the material out of the original location

4. Type the Site Code.

   Site Code is displayed only when Bin location is enabled.

5. Type or select the warehouse and location.

   The application automatically populates the warehouse and location that is nearest to the device location and only those warehouses/locations that are listed in the MTR are displayed. You can also select a different warehouse/location listed in the MTR.

   If Bin location is enabled the application sorts:

   • the warehouses based on the Site Code.

   • the locations based on the selected warehouse.

6. Type the barcode.

7. Type the image description and then attach a file.

8. Type the quantity and then tap .

You must enter the same warehouse and location from the line item.
