With this DBA setting you can protect other cost descriptions from being updated in the Portal. If ESUP_PROTECT_OC is set to Active, both Other Costs screens in the Inquiries module in the Portal do not allow to change the other cost descriptions and short descriptions. If ESUP_PROTECT_OC is set to Inactive, the other cost descriptions and short descriptions are editable.
The valid values are: Active, Inactive
