Project dependent licensing is only available in Smart Materials Classic.
After login user is typically placed in a menu or dashboard from where he can open other screens.
Before module-related license seat is granted for use of a screen, first it is checked if the project dependent quotas are intact. This is done inside the database without touching ISL.
