This project default controls if the Subcontracts module in the Portal or the SM module in Classic shall be open for POs and NOCs.
If you want to use the Subcontracts screen in the Portal or the SM.20.01 and SM.20.11 screens in Classic also for agreements of type Order, you must set this project default to Y. Per default, with ZP_SMINCPO set to N, Subcontracts and SM.20.01 can only be used for subcontracts.
Additionally, this project default controls the display of Payment Type field and Schedule of Values tab in the Agreements screens. If ZP_SMINCPO is set to Y, Payment Type and Schedule of Values are displayed for all kinds of agreements, otherwise only for subcontract agreements.
