Install Node Manager Service - Intergraph Smart Materials - Version 10.2 - Installation & Upgrade - Hexagon

Open a Command Prompt window as administrator.

Change the directory to

C:\iAS_12c\user_projects\domains\base_domain\bin

Execute: installNodeMgrSvc.cmd

If it succeeds, 'Oracle Weblogic base_domain NodeManager (C_iAS_12c_wlserver) installed.' should be displayed.

Change the user who starts this service from Local System account to the user who has installed the Oracle environment.
