When prompted, enter weblogic username and password.

Open a Command Prompt window as administrator.

Change the directory to
C:\iAS_12c\user_projects\domains\base_domain\bin

Execute: stopWebLogic.cmd

When prompted, enter weblogic username and password.

Change the directory to
C:\iAS_12c\user_projects\domains\base_domain\servers\AdminServer

To create the new security directory, execute: md security
-
Change the directory to
C:\iAS_12c\user_projects\domains\base_domain\servers\AdminServer\security

Execute: echo username=weblogic>boot.properties
-
Execute: echo password=<yourPassword>>boot.properties
