Open a Command Prompt window as administrator.

Change the directory to the Java BIN folder, for example:
C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_211\bin

Execute: java -jar "<PATH>fmw_12.2.1.4.0_infrastructure.jar"
The installer is extracted and the installation starts.

Click Next in the Welcome dialog.

Click Next in the Auto Updates dialog.

Click Browse and select the Oracle home path, for example: C:\iAS_12c, and click Next.
If you are going to install Oracle Reports on a Windows operating system, make sure the path to your Oracle home directory is not too long.

Click Next in the Installation Type dialog.

Click Next in the Prerequisite Checks dialog.
You can click View Log to view the log file.

Clear the I wish to receive security updates via My Oracle Support check box and click Next.

Click Yes to acknowledge the message.

Click Install.

Click Next, then click Finish.
You can click View Log to view the log file.
The logfile path is displayed in the Command Prompt window.

In case of errors during the installation, check the log file.

Stop the NodeManager service if it is running.
