This project default controls whether the Preliminary Packing Lists (PPL) can be submitted even if there are item shipments that are not assigned to any preliminary package. It also determines that the remaining item shipments need to be checked for matching delivery details during the PPL submission.

If set to Y, the supplier cannot submit a PPL, if there are unpacked item shipments with matching delivery details.
