Project dependent licensing is only available in Smart Materials Classic.
After a user logs on, the project dependent licenses are checked.
With a project dependent license, you can specify the maximum number of licenses that a project can use for the selected license module. For more information see Project Licenses.
While ISL seats are not necessarily specific to a database, the project dependent licenses have no relation to ISL, they are counted against the database where those limits are defined.
