Open a Command Prompt window as administrator.

Execute: <ORACLE_Middleware_HOME>\oracle_common\bin\rcu.bat
The installer is extracted and the installation starts.

Click Next in the Welcome dialog.

Click Next in the Create Repository dialog.

In the Database Connection Details dialog, type the following repository database login information:

Host name
-
Port number
-
Service name
-
Name of user with DBA privilege, for example, sys.

Password of sys user
-

Click Next.

When the prerequisites are checked, click OK.

In the Select Components dialog, select Create new prefix, and type REPO.

Select the AS Common Schemas as shown in the picture below.

Click Next.

When the prerequisites are checked, click OK.

In the Schema Passwords dialog, enter the password twice, and click Next.

Click Next in the Map Tablespaces dialog.

Click OK to acknowledge the message.

When the tablespaces are created, click OK.
-
Click Create.
The repository is created.

Click Close.
