With this DBA setting you control if changes in the company data after login request approval are automatically applied or if they must be approved again.
If the DBA setting is set Y (this is the default value), changes of the company data are immediately effective although the login request is approved.
If the DBA setting is set to N, changes of the company data after the login request approval must be approved again to become effective. Additionally, pending approvals are indicated with the Pending icon, and rejected changes are indicated with the Rejected icon.
