Configure the Oracle tns listener to add Smart Materials to the listener.ora.

Use the Net Configuration Assistant from the Oracle DB19 programs group and click Run as administrator.

Select Listener configuration and click Next.

Choose Add and click Next.

Type the listener name and click Next.

Select the TCP protocol and click Next.

Select Use the standard port number of 1521 and click Next.

Select No and click Next.

Click Next.

Click Finish to complete the configuration.

Open the Services tab and click Refresh.
Check if the OracleOraDB19Home1TNSListener is created and running.
