You can download planned requisitions with existing milestone data into an Excel workbook, edit the milestone data, and import the edited requisitions.

  1. Click the Planning task on the dashboard, or select Planning from the Tasks list.

  2. Select Group By - Type from the drop-down list, and select Requisitions in the tree.

  3. Optionally, filter the planned requisitions in the grid if you do not want to export all available requisitions.

  4. Click Export.

  5. If you don't want to use the default template, click Com_LOV_Add ICON and select another template.

  6. If you have filtered, select Export the filtered data. Otherwise, all available requisitions are exported.

  7. Click Export.

    The selected data is exported into an Excel file which is displayed.

  8. Save the file.

  9. Edit the milestone data in the Excel workbook and save,

  10. Click Import.

  11. Click SMat_Select_Record ICON and select the Excel file.

  12. Click Import.

  13. Optionally, click View Log File if you want to analyse import problems.
