  4. To edit the supplier performance for an agreement, click Rating Details.

You can only edit performance ratings for agreements of the selected project. Additionally, you must be the buyer of the agreement, or you have the EVAL ALL SUPPLIERS privilege.

  5. Click Rating and select a value.

Alternatively, select the appropriate star to rate the performance.

SHARED Tip To remove a rating, select the empty value from the Rating list.

  6. Optionally, type a comment in the Explanation Text cell.

You can only add a comment if a rating is entered.

  7. When all ratings are entered for all evaluation groups, click Save.

The rating for the selected agreement is calculated and displayed.

How is the agreement rating calculated?

The rating of each agreement is calculated as follows:

    1. The sum of the weight factors of all performance criteria (covering all performance evaluation groups) with a score > 0 (zero) is calculated.

    2. The number of performance evaluation groups assigned to the supplier is determined.

    3. The total of the weight factors (step1) is divided by the number of groups (step 2).

    4. The total of each score multiplied with its weight factor is calculated and divided by the total of the weight factors determined in step 3.

    5. Finally, the agreement rating is determined: The value calculated in step 4 is divided by the number of groups (step 2), and this result is divided by 5.

For example, two evaluation groups are assigned to the agreement, with these items, weight factors and ratings:

    Evaluation Group

    Step 1-3: (20+30+50+60+40)/2=100

    Step 4: (4*20 + 5*30 + 3*50 + 4*60 + 5*40)/100 = 8,20

    Step 5: 8,20/(2*5) = 0,82
