Click As a manual agreement based on warehouse quantity and click Next.

Fill the Agreement Quantity for all inventory items you want to add and select the check box.
Only inventory items are available for selection that are stored in warehouses to
which you have access.

Click Next.
The type is set to Order and the supplier is set to WAREHOUSE. Both cannot be updated.

Enter the Agreement Number.
Alternatively, select a number rule and click Generate Number to generate the agreement number based on the pre-defined number rule.

If necessary, update or enter any other value.
Alternatively, you can use an existing agreement as template to copy the header information
from. Select Copy from existing agreement at the bottom of the screen, click Agreement Template 
and then select the agreement that should be used as template.

Click Create Agreement.
