Select Traffic from the Tasks list.

Select Agreements from the list under Traffic Coordination.

Click the required agreement number.

Click Change PL/PPL Ownership. The PPLs appear.

To change ownership for PPLs, select the Supplier Ownership check box for a PPL to give ownership of that PPL to the supplier. Similarly, clear this check box to take back ownership of a PPL.

To change ownership for packing lists, click Packing Lists and select the Ownership To Supplier check boxes for the required packing lists.. By default, Use SMAT Portal check box is selected for those packing lists.

Click Use Jovix check box, if the supplier will work in the Jovix application to update a packing list. Leave the Use SMAT Portal check box selected, if the supplier will be using SMAT Portal for that packing list.

You cannot change ownership for PPLs and packing lists at the same time.

For Smart Materials 10.1 and 10.2 version, you need to have the latest service pack installed for selecting Use SMAT Portal or Use Jovix check box.

If you click the Use Jovixl check box, then ownership goes to Jovix, and the packing list becomes read only for both traffic coordinator and for supplier in the SMAT portal.

Select the supplier users whom you want to send an email notification.
This step depends on the project default ZP_SUP_NTF Please refer to SMAT project defaults help for more information.

(Optional) Type a comment in the Comments to Supplier section.
