  1. Scroll down to the Contacts section.

  2. Click the contact code in the Employee cell.

    The Manage Contact dialog opens.

    The Password Set indicator shows, if the password is defined for this user.

  3. Optionally, select the Force Change Password check box to force the user to change his password when he logs in to the Portal.

  4. To set the password for a new contact, enter the password in the New Password and Confirm Password boxes, and click the Set Password button.

    The password is saved, the Password Set indicator is marked, the Old Password box appears, and the button label changes to Change Password.

  5. To change the password of an existing contact, enter the old password in the Old Password box, then enter the new password in the New Password and Confirm Password boxes, and click the Change Password button.

    • If you have the SUPER USER role assigned, you can modify contact passwords without entering the old password.

    • If the contact has a default email address assigned and the project default ZP_EMT_PWC is set, an email is sent to the user, informing him of the password change. The email content depends on the email template assigned to the project default
