Add comments - Intergraph Smart Materials - Version 10.1 - Help - Hexagon

You can add comments on header and detail level to provide more information.

The Copy option described below is only available in the Agreements screen.

1. Click Comments .

2. To add a new comment, proceed as follows:

   1. Type a sequence number in the Seq box.

   2. Type the comment in the Comment box.

   3. Click Add Comment .

   4. Click Save.

3. To copy comments from a previous agreement supplement, click Copy, select a Copy Option from the list, and click Copy.

• To remove a comment, click the X above.

• To sort the displayed comments, select Ascending or Descending at the top right.
