  • With Service Pack 10 the CIP M_PCK_EMAIL_CUSTOM.GET_EMAIL_ACCOUNT_SUBSTITUTE, used when approving an inquiry, has been enhanced with parameters to identify email addresses dependent on the pk-type (see GET_EMAIL_ACCOUNT_SUBSTITUTE) (TR-MA81812).

  • The new CIP function M_PCK_EMAIL_CUSTOM.GET_EMAIL_ACCOUNT_SUBSTITUTE has been introduced with Service Pack 9 and can be used to return a substitute email sender address on inquiry approval emails (see GET_EMAIL_ACCOUNT_SUBSTITUTE) (CR-MA79476).

  • The new CIP function M_PCK_URL_CUSTOM.SL_DIRECT_UPLOAD_OVER_APEX has been introduced with Service Pack 8 and is used by File Upload in Smart Materials Portal (see SL_DIRECT_UPLOAD_OVER_APEX) (CR-MA79529).

  • The new M_PCK_COMPANY_CUSTOM.CALL_CIP_REPORT CIP will be executed on clicking View Reports in the Portal if DBA setting ESUP_VIEW_REPORTS is set to CIP (see CALL_CIP_REPORT) (CR-MA54897).

  • The new M_PCK_REQ_CUSTOM.CHECK_REQ_AFTER_INSERT CIP procedure has been introduced with Service Pack 6. It is called by POST_INSERT trigger, which fires after inserting requisition line items in R.30.01 Maintain Requisitions Window 2 (see CHECK_REQ_AFTER_INSERT) (CR-MA77296).

  • The new M_PCK_OPENID_CUSTOM package has been introduced with Service Pack and is used on Smart Materials Web Login page in connection with OPEN_ID Login (see M_PCK_OPENID_CUSTOM) (CR-MA82413).

Version 2016 R4 (8.4.0)

  • The new M_PCK_SCREEN_CUSTOM package contains functions to customize/configure Smart Materials screens (see M_PCK_SCREEN_CUSTOM) (CR-MA50255).

  • The new M_PCK_EMAIL_CUSTOM.GET_CC_BCC CIP can be used to fill cc and bcc email addresses when sending notification emails to suppliers on inquiry approval (see GET_CC_BCC) (CR-MA40278).

  • The new M_PCK_SITE_CUSTOM.RETRIEVE_OSD_DEF CIP can be used to customize the OSD Type drop-down list in Site screens (see RETRIEVE_OSD_DEF) (CR-MA21319).

  • The new M_PCK_QUOTE_CUSTOM.INHERIT_NULL_VALUES CIP can be used to fill NULL values into specified fields instead of copying the value from previous supplement when creating a new inquiry supplement (see INHERIT_NULL_VALUE) (CR-MA55671).

  • The new M_PCK_TRAFFIC_CUSTOM.CREATE_RELN_PCK CIP can be used to prepare release notes for shipment (see CREATE_RELN_PCK) (CR-MA60399).

  • The new M_PCK_SCREEN_CUSTOM.GET_PPL_FORECAST_DATE CIP can be used to assign to grids to provide a pk_id/pk_type combination together with a value (see GET_PPL_FORECAST_DATE) (CR-MA57123).

  • The new M_PCK_QUERY_CUSTOM.WHERE_CONDITION CIP function can be used to create additional where conditions when generating MV_WHERE views (see WHERE_CONDITION) (TR-MA61609).

Version 2016 R3 (8.3.0)

  • The new M_PCK_COMPANY_CUSTOM.GET_COMPANY_STATUS CIP can be used to display the registration status of a company (which is registered using the Portal) in the Companies screen (see GET_COMPANY_STATUS) (CR-MA32077).

Version 2016 R2 (8.2.0)

  • You can now send CCI reminder emails to bidders from P.30.21 Bidders tab, using Remind CCI button. The emails are generated using M_PCK_QUOTE_CUSTOM.GET_CCI_REMINDER_MAIL CIP (see GET_CCI_REMINDER_MAIL) (CR-MA33767).

  • You can now update the company code and supplier code when selecting the Approved check box on P.20.01. The procedures M_PCK_COMPANY_CUSTOM.GET_COMPANY_CODE and M_PCK_COMPANY_CUSTOM.GET_SUPPLIER_CODE are used for update (see UPDATE_COMPANY_CODE and UPDATE_SUPPLIER_CODE) (CR-MA38252).

  • A new CIP function has been implemented which is used to return the actual ship date for a PO line item based on the associated item shipments in the BIR reports Shipped and Not Received, Shipment Tracking , and On-Time Delivery (see GET_SHIP_DATE_FOR_POLI) (CR-MA39624).

  • The new M_PCK_EXP_CUSTOM.NOTIFY_SUPPLIER CIP procedure can be used to send emails to suppliers in case a release note is approved or the approval is reversed, including comments and attached files. Project default ZP_EML_SUP must be set to Y to enable this feature (see NOTIFY_SUPPLIER) (CR-MA39415).

  • The new M_PCK_EXP_CUSTOM.NOTIFY_TRAFFIC_COORDINATOR CIP procedure can be used to send emails to traffic coordinators in case a release note is approved or the approval is reversed. Project default ZP_EML_TC must be set to Y to enable this feature (see NOTIFY_SUPPLIER) (CR-MA39415).

  • You can now create custom procedures that are used before execution of PDMS export job that allows you to add company specific pre-processing. (see PRE_FILL_PDMS_SPEC and PRE_FILL_INSU_SPEC ) (CR-MA-40078).

  • The new M_PCK_EXP_CUSTOM.NOTIFY_TC_AFTER_IRC_APPROVAL CIP procedure can be used to send emails to traffic coordinators in case an IRC is approved. Project default ZP_IRCAPRQ must be set to T to enable this feature (see NOTIFY_TC_AFTER_IRC_APPROVAL) (CR-MA39445).

  • The new M_PCK_PORTAL_CUSTOM.QD_CIP_1 to _5 procedures can be used to fill and display up to five additional quotation details properties in the Portal (see M_PCK_PORTAL_CUSTOM) (CR-MA40361).

  • The new M_PCK_BIR_CUSTOM.GET_EXP_CIP1(to 10)_HEADER and .GET_EXP_CIP1 to 10 CIP functions can be used to fill and display up to 10 CIP fields in the BIR Expediting report (see M_PCK_BIR_CUSTOM) (CR-MA29742)

  • The new M_PCK_BIR_CUSTOM.GET_P50_CIP1(to 10)_HEADER and .GET_P50_CIP1 to 10 CIP functions can be used to fill and display up to 10 CIP fields in the BIR Agreements and Line Items report. Additionally, the M_PCK_BIR_CUSTOM.GET_PO_HEADER_OTHER_COSTS CIP fills the Agreement Other Costs, the M_PCK_BIR_CUSTOM.GET_POLI_GROSS_OTHER_COSTS the Gross Other Costs, and the M_PCK_BIR_CUSTOM.GET_POLI_NET_OTHER_COSTS the Net Other Costs (see M_PCK_BIR_CUSTOM) (CR-MA29742).

  • The new M_PCK_BIR_CUSTOM.GET_GPS_URL CIP function is used by the Inventory Locations BIR report to return a URL of a map service provider, together with the GPS coordinates of the selected inventory item (see GET_GPS_URL) (CR-MA40284).

  • The new M_PCK_COMPANY_CUSTOM.GET_MAIL_FOR_APPROVED_SUPPLIER procedure is used to send emails to suppliers when they are approved by the buyer in P.20.01 (see GET_MAIL_FOR_APPROVED_SUPPLIERS) (CR-MA34364).

  • The new M_PCK_REQ_CUSTOM.GET_DIMENSION procedure can be used to get the dimensions for an ident, together with the dimension unit (see GET_DIMENSION) (CR-MA40232).

  • The new M_PCK_BOM_CUSTOM.VALIDATE_IDENT_UPDATE procedure is used to avoid an ident update on a BOM position in case the ident is alread placed on a requisition (see VALIDATE_IDENT_UPDATE) (CR-MA42282).

  • The new M_PCK_COMPANY_CUSTOM.SEND_REMINDER_CMNGR_DEL_MATL procedure can be used to send email notifications in case a supplier deletes materials or services in the Portal (see SEND_REMINDER_CMNGR_DEL_MATL)(CR-MA42791).

  • The new M_PCK_COMPANY_CUSTOM.GET_MAIL_FOR_REJECTED_COR procedure can be used to send an email notification to the buyer in case a supplier rejects a Change Order Request (COR) in Portal (see GET_MAIL_FOR_REJECTED_COR)(TR-MA30208).

  • The new M_PCK_QUOTE_CUSTOM.CAN_SUP_QUOTE_AFTER_BID_CLOSED function is used to to configure how the request for quotation (RfQ) should behave for the suppliers in case the due date is exceeded (see CAN_SUP_QUOTE_AFTER_BID_CLOSED)(CR-MA38879).
